    The perfect book for my health!

    I was really surprised at how well these recipes worked for me! I bought a Smoothie book last year, but it is no match to this book: 50 Green Smoothie Recipes - For Detox, Weight Loss, Boosting Your Energy & Improving Your Immunity!
    During my Hip Hop classes I knew I needed help with maintaining energy and I knew exactly where to look. 50 Green Smoothie Recipes is the book for me. These recipes greatly boost my energy. I didn't notice anything at first until I happen to look in the mirror and noticed that my face was clearer, my skin was smoother and I could go hours of dancing without thinking about food. My fingernails are much harder also and looked healthier at the same time.

    I want to say lots of Thanks to the Author for writing this book that helps me boost and take control of my health.

    Yes, Drinking Smoothies Can Help You Lead A Healthier Life!

    Before reading this book, I was having a very difficult time eating. I had recently suffered a four inch skull fracture, and my sense of smell and taste were just "off". I was in desperate need of something healthy to eat, but also something that I actually wanted to eat. I finally discovered the solution to my problem when I bought 50 Green Smoothie Recipes - For Detox, Weight Loss, Boosting Your Energy & Improving Your Immunity by Jennifer Jenkins.

    The book gives you recipes for smoothies to help improve your immunity, boost your energy, lose weight, gain muscle and finally to cleanse your body. The author goes over in depth what ingredients to include and why.

    What I found fascinating is that the author does not only want you to drink the smoothies that she has essentially created. Her goal is for you to have a better overall life. In essence, this is really a self-help book masquerading as a cookbook, which is great. She discusses the importance of drinking enough water, exercising, good sleep hygiene and getting regular massages.

    Since trying out the variety of smoothies suggested in the book and making the attempt to change my lifestyle, I feel better and look better. If you are looking to change your lifestyle for the better, then this is the book that will set you on the path to doing so.

    Good Greens from the book to the blender

    Just like most people I was looking for an easy way to get more nutrients in my daily diet and lose a bit of weight in the process. Having tried a lot of the fads out there, this book looked like a great way to try healthy foods in a easy to digest way that wouldn’t be too hard to maintain.

    The title is green smoothies, but I was happy to note that didn’t mean they were all vegetables. There are so many recipes that are packed with immunity fighting fruit that are simply mouth watering. I knew that the recipes would help me lose weight and get healthy, but I didn’t expect the bonus of smoothies that would replace my daily coffee as an energy booster.

    I decided to try a few of the energy booster before my workout and noticed a big difference on my stamina levels the very same day. Instead of fighting an uphill battle to finish my routine half way through, the energy smoothie recipes in the book gave me just enough of a boost to maintain my motivation through the workout.

    The options are easy to follow and don’t require a bunch of complicated mixing or hard to find ingredients. If you are looking for an appetizing way to increase your immunity, boost your energy levels and get healthy in the process, this is a great book for you.
