I love this book!

Wow wow wow Cameron, great job on this book! I am in my late 50's, I am physically fit and I have done all the diets of the past decades, always looking for the best way to be fit and healthy. Finally in the last decade, we are all finally finding out how to eat and that we don't have to starve ourselves to be thin. Cameron explains how live and whole foods nourish our hungry cells and she does it in a way that won't put you to sleep. I feel like she is talking to me when I read it. I got the Kindle edition and don't have a problem with it. I expect Kindle to be different than a paper book and it's not a problem reading it or the charts at all. Just enlarge the parts you need to and there aren't too many of them. I especially like the way she explains how white flour is made from the endosperm, a nutritionless part of a grain. I think that anyone can benefit from this book, unless you have a degree in nutrition. Awesome book!

I don't normally buy books written my celebrities but I was looking for something to change my lifestyle and become healthier all around and this book is really packed with A LOT of great information. She really talks about the science of health and what our bodies need to function at its maximum performance. Highly recommend!

Good fundamental book for young women

Much of this book is elementary; basic eating / exercise advice, etc. But, I did pick up a few (New!) things!
