This book will teach you how to use tequila in your cooking the proper way

I'm a big fan of J.R. Deschamps, have read a number of his cookbooks and used them to make wonderful Mexican meals. Cooking With Tequila after a nice introduction to tequila, proceeds to provide 37 recipes for delicious dishes made with tequila.
Whether you're a chicken, lamb, pork, beef, turkey, seafood or pasta lover, there are dishes in this book for all tastes. As a big lamb and fish fan, I'll be making the tequila marinated lamb kebabs and tequila shrimp first.
The author is a true expert in his field and has once again demonstrated it in his book, to teach us how to make authentic dishes using tequila. I highly recommend this book.

Just What I Needed To Enhance My Own Creativity

This cook book is just what I needed to take my cooking skills to a different level. I sincerely enjoy cooking. Whenever I am not writing or researching information on love and relationship,I am trying out some of my own recipes. I really specialize in preparing seafood and poultry with beer and wine - I am not really a lover of beef and pork etc. However, after going through this cook book, I must say, I think I am going to do it all - pork, beef, steak, etc. I must thank the author for sharing his creativity in using Tequila to prepare such mouthwatering dishes!

What a fascinating and original cookbook. It is detailed in the types of tequila for novices like myself, tips provide and interesting, delicious and varied recipes for all, including chicken, pork, seafood and pastas. I have tried a few of the recipes and loved them. I have also purchased “The Mexican Food Cookbooks – Chicken” and “The Mexican Food Cookbooks – Tequila Desserts” and once I have had the opportunity to test a few recipes from each book I am going to enjoy myself a Mexican themed dinner party with friends
